The building uses passive strategies—like solar chimneys, thermal mass, and cross-ventilation—to create a healthy indoor climate while minimizing mechanical heating.
Organized around flexible group rooms and efficient circulation, the layout preserves green space and encourages outdoor access. A prefabricated timber structure ensures fast, sustainable construction with reduced embodied carbon and long-term durability.
