Maison Cros is our first built project, born from a collaboration with a client who acquired a generous hillside plot just outside of a small village in the Pyrénées.

The house is divided into clusters of smaller volumes. Each has a different purpose and degree of privacy in the home that they offer. Nonetheless they are all connected to the landscape through a series of shifts into the hillside. They are linked by a shared central corridor that allows them to come together, creating a flexible typology that reflects both the social dynamics of extended families and the seasonal rhythms of rural life.
